Usage:
(1) Disconnect the head of shower from the water pipe, Screw up CleanAs on water pipe.
(2) Cover CleanAs with some bath lotion or lube. (or put lotion directly around or inside the anus).
(3) Open the water carefully , double check that the water flow is not too large and that temperature is moderate.
(4) Slowly, insert CleanAs into the anus. At the same time, tighten the anus for 3-5 seconds, then slowly remove the CleanAs.
(5) Do a short massage on your belly.
(6) Sit down on the toilet and release the water.
(7) The above steps should be repeated until the user is satisfied.
(8)When the process is near finished,wash the relaxed anus without retaining the water.
Notes:
(1) Do not be impatient and inject too much water at one time.
(2) Use alcohol or other disinfectants to clean CleanAs after use. Never heat it.
(3) Keep in a cool dry place.
